DogExplorer.com News – Michael Vick, the quarterback of the Atlanta Falcons, has been given a 23 month federal prison sentence by a judge in Richmond, Virginia.
Appearing in the courtroom in prison attire, Vick had opted to begin serving his federal sentence early after his prior entry of a guilty plea. Michael Vick still faces additional state criminal charges for his role in dog fighting, bankrolling the dog fights and killing of several dogs.
