www.DogExplorer.com News — Tennis playing superstars Venus and Serena Williams had their home visited by police in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, in response to a report of a dog bite. Details are sketchy as we publish but it appears a security guard was bitten by an unidentified dog late on the evening of December 1, 2006.
Published reports indicate the bite was not severe and the guard was not hospitalized. Serena Williams is known to be a dog lover with a Parson Russell Terrier (previously known as Jack Russell Terriers) called Jackie and a Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier) named Bambi. At press time there is no indication either dog was involved.
