DogExplorer.com News – Over 200 puppies and adult dogs have been seized in an operation to rescue the animals from a Maine puppy mill.
The conditions were described as squalid and the dogs were said to have mange.
Owners of the Buxton, Maine, business face 17 charges of animal cruelty.
